LVB is more than happy to provide a store credit for regular price items returned within 14 days of delivery date. *All items are subject to a 6.99 restocking fee. We do not offer credit card refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or washed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
*Accessories, bodysuits, and lingerie are final sale.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 3-7 days for processing. Once approved, your credit will be processed and applied to a E gift card. We will email the E gift card to the email in you provide.
Please email email@example.com to request an RMA Authorization Number and return packing slip. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT WITH AN RMA NUMBER AND RETURN PACKING SLIP. The return address will be provided at the time you receive your RMA slip.
WHAT DO I INCLUDE?
The Packing Slip for your Return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to Return. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, Accessories, Intimates + Bodysuits.
- If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
- All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Handbags + Belts.
- Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns.
- We do not offer exchanges, as our items sell out very quickly. When you receive your Store Credit via email you may purchase the item you would like online.
- Please allow 3-7 business days for return processing.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
- Store Credit does not expire.
